Pro-Tech Technology is proud to be awarded the Standing Offer Agreement for Quality Professional Services (SOA-QPS4) by Hong Kong government. The agreement period for SOA on On-going services (Category 2) and Implementation & combined system development services(Category 3) takes effect from July 31, 2017 to July 30, 2021. We will strive to provide innovative and high-quality IT solutions to various government departments.

The Standing Offer Agreement for Quality Professional Services 4 (SOA-QPS4) is part of the Government’s IT outsourcing strategy aiming to enlarge the delivery capacity for IT services; accelerate the delivery of IT solutions; and create a market of sufficient size to encourage the further development of the IT industry locally.Under the SOA-QPS4, 94 standing offer agreements (SOAs) have been awarded to 49 companies.
